Input codes on Text Fields are displayed as Text on PDF Submissions

I created a form and had to add html code for additional text and form field options that I needed.  The form works fine, however, when I view the form as a pdf the html codes show as well.  (see attached).

How can I hide the html on the form.

    Hi Odetta,

First off, it's not possible to capture inputs with forms embedded on Text (HTML) Tool wrap with another <form /> tag. However, if these are for illustrative purposes or for PDF output then that method is fine. As an alternative solution, I would recommend using this widget instead as it does the same purpose. http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/narrative_fields. You can enter text as well as text boxes on the same line just like how your current form works.

About the HTML code problem on PDF, I'm not sure if this is a bug or if this is how they interpreted on PDF but I have escalated it to our developers for further checking. I'm sure they'll be able to work on it if this is indeed a problem.

Thanks for reporting and have a goo day!
