How can I change the email address of my notifiers?

please i want all my submissions to be submitted to another email address 

I suggest that you take a look at this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications all you need to change is the recipient's email address on your notifier. You can also send the same notifier to multiple email addresses, check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients
