Turning off Two Step Verification

Is there a way to turn off two-step verification?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I believe you are talking about a two step verification process at the time of login to your account. Am I correct? If so, then yes it is possible to disable the two-step verification. On the behalf of the user we are able to disable it. Could you please confirm it once you want to disable the two-step verification in your account associated with mbarragan@ccdarien.org mail ID?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Hi, the two step verification is still on

Hello Maggie_Barragan,

Thanks for getting back to us. This is a security issue that was detected due to the activity of the account. The automatic system detected logins of the account from different devices/locations and to make sure that the person who is trying to access the account is the account owner, our security system initiates a verification code sent to the account email address for verification purposes.

Once you were able to verify the account, our security system will not process the verification again the next time you log into your account using the same device/location. Unfortunately, this setting cannot be disabled at the moment. 

Our standard plans (Free, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are individual, single-user plans. It is a violation of our Terms of Use to share login credentials with other individuals. In order to ensure that your account stays secure, please reset your password today and do not share your login credentials with others.
