I've had three forms now come as with "this form is unavailable" when you hit the submit button. I've ensured they are marked enabled so I cannot figure out the problem. Why does this keep happening?
thank you,

Hello Lexie,
I did test your form and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. On click of submit button it displays "This form is currently unavailable!" error message. I am not sure what is causing this issue but when I edited your form and saved it again, that seems to have resolved the issue.
I was able to submit your form successfully without any error message. Please check the screenshot below:
Your other forms also should be working fine now.
I would suggest you to test your forms again and get back to us if the issue persists.
Thank you!

Thank you. Both forms that had the error this morning are now working. However, I want to know why this is always happening. Is there any setting I can change so that a form doesnt end up unavailable if I dont access it for a short time? I don't feel like I should have to go in and open a form every so often just so it will work.

Generally, this error appears when the form is disabled or when your JotForm is set to limit submissions by email/question/expiry date, etc. There is no other setting to change to keep your JotForm live, it should be accessible anytime unless you have set limits on it. At the moment, we are not sure which causes this issue.
Please let us know if you receive this message again so that we'll further investigate on this issue. Thank you!
