adding new user doesn't send them invitation e-mail

    Hi I created chris@mrsft.com as sub user but he isn't getting any e-mails from Jotform and when he does "forgot password" to try to log in, he get's a "No user with this email address or username has been found"  On my current plan I should be getting 3 sub user accounts.

    Hi Ahmed,

    When a sub-account is created, if the user does not already have an account with JotForm, they would need to create the account using the email addressed associated with the sub-account.

    Since the account has not yet been created, they would not be able to reset the password. Once the account is created using the email address, they will have their sub-account privileges.
