Unable to Add Payment tool

After deleting the payment tool, I am trying to redo it and I get the message that a payment tool already exists and needs to be deleted before adding a new one.  It is not there for me to delete?  What do I need to do?

This is on the Jamboree Registration form.

Hi,

I cloned your form and I understand that you cannot put a payment tool because there is an existing one. Please refer to the screenshot below and delete the payment field. 

You should be able to a payment tool after.
