If selected "ring" , then another textbox should appear URGENTAsked by GreenLineFirst on November 21, 2014 at 06:45 AM
Dear jot form,
i need to to make a form for jewelry custom design, on that I need to put selection then if customer selected "Ring" then I want to make appear another selection box to add ring size. Plz advise me how to solve this problem.
textbox selected then problem size Selection
It looks to me like you basically want another option to appear to select ring size after Ring is selected. Did I understand that right?
You can do this using hide/show rules for your Ring Field with some conditional logic.
Here's the fix applied to your jotform - http://form.jotformpro.com/form/43244448245960?
Here's a screenshot of the rule I added:
Additionally, please also note that you have the pre-selected field set to "ring" so because of that the ring size would continue to show right away unless it's changed. However, if a different option in your list is changed then the conditional rule would take effect and hide it.
