We have another form that someone had created for us, but we need to get that form on our own account is there a way to upload the form to our new one

We can move forms, with submissions and such intact, at the request of the user.  Just have them log in to their account and let us know the form ID# of the form they would like moved and the username(in this case yours) of the account they would like them moved to.  We will be happy to do so.

You can also clone the form:

However that will need retain email notification settings, integrations or submission data.
