Hi,
Sorry I have had an issue with timezones on my form before, I have just done a test booking and booked the time 12:45PM on 21st December and below is the screenshot of what time Jotform said I had booked. A lot of people using this form English isn't their first language so it is quite hard to explain when these errors happen. Is anyone able to please have a look and get back to me?
Thank you
Hannah

Hi hannahparry13,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can change your Appointment Time Zone. It is easy, let's do it:
- In Form Builder, click on the Appointment Field of which time zone you want to change.
- Click on the Gear icon that appears.
- Go to the Advanced tab, and scroll down to Default Time Zone.
- From the field under Default Time Zone, you can choose the default time zone.
- You can also toggle Lock the Time Zone OFF to let your submitters choose it.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi, no that's not what I mean.
My time zone is correct on the booking form, as per below (Pacific/Auckland)
The issue is when I book an appointment, the confirmation says a completely different time. I have done a test booking for 12:30PM and the confirmation time below says 05:30? Thus is quite confusing for the person booking. Why does the timezone change to GMT +13??

Hello Hannah,
Thanks for getting back to us. I encountered the same issue before and our Developer team has fixed this type of issue. Could you please try removing the Review Before Submit widget and adding a new one to see if this would resolve the issue? I have cleared your form cache to see if this would correct any unnecessary errors on the form. If the same thing happens again, we can move forward and escalate the issue to our Developer team again.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Thank you, this seems to have worked.
But sorry I have another problem! I have had two people been able to book appointments without actually selecting a time (see below). My colleague did a test submission to try and block out a time (she selected 2:00PM on Weds 14th, but I don't know how she actually managed that as the 2:00PM is already booked?) and when the submission came through it did not have a date selected. Please can someone have a look into what is happening? Thanks

Also - removing the before submit widget seemed to work when I tested it the other day, but now it has reverted back to the wrong time zone?

Hi Hannah,
Thank you for getting back to us. I am sorry that the issue persists even after removing and adding the Review Before Submit widget. I can see that your Appointment Time Zone is currently set to Pacific/Auckland, however, can you toggle Lock the Time Zone to ON?
If the issue persists, do we have permission to run a test submission to your actual form?
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

I have selected to lock the time zone now on the x-ray appointments, however the issue I was having was for the general medical appointments, and the timezone was already locked. I did another test to be sure and the issue is still happening - below

Hi hannahparry13,
I cloned your form and I was able to reproduce the error. I tried to fix it by removing and adding the Review Before Submit widget and I also tried to add a new appointment field on the cloned form but the issue still persists. Also, I created a form from scratch and locked the timezone to Auckland Time and the issue still persists.
I also find out that the preview does not affect the device's time zone when I tried to change my device's time zone to Auckland Time it's still showing incorrectly.
After investigating a bit, the Review Before Submit widget is set to the Jotform account's timezone settings. My account is EST and the Review widget keeps on converting the time to the account's timezone.
I tested your form while logged out from my account and the Review widget shows the correct schedule that was selected. Here's a screencast of your form:
If your respondents do not need to have a Jotform account to complete your form, there should be no issue. However, you can also update your account time zone to Auckland. You can update it here.
Please give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
