Change in thank you page URL

Hi, 

I downloaded all source files and placed them on my server. 

Now I'd like to change the URL of "thank you" page.

Do I need to change it also in the files in my server? Or change it on your site is enough?

I'm asking cause I didn't find any reference to this URL in the filesI downloaded.

It is not required to change anything on your server. Changing the URL of Thank you page by editing your JotForm is sufficient to reflect the changes of thank you page on your webpage.
