    I have followed all the forum directions and NO CHECK is listed but error still keeps showing!

    Hi,

    I took a look at your jotform and I see the issue.

    There is a limit that does not allow the same notes to be entered as they were before - only unique notes can be added. What this did is not allowing anyone to pass with the same notes, even if they are empty, right after the first person filled the jotform like that.

    Removing this check should allow you clients to be able to submit the jotform once again.
