And is this address verified by a return email before the form goes live?
Thanks!

Hi Paul,
Were you referring to your JotForm account email?
If you want to change your account email, you can do it in your My Accounts profile page
https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/profile
If it was the Recipient E-mail address of the form submissions, you can change it by editing the Notifier Email of the form
User guide: -Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications
Change the assign email in the Recipient E-mail box
Hope this help. Please inform us if you require further assistance.
Thanks.

pblankReplied on December 1, 2014 at 7:41 PMNo, that was not what I meant. When I first saved the form, I was asked what address I wanted the submissions to go to, and I entered "events@swanngalleries.com".
I have NEVER found that address anywhere to change. I finally deleted the couple of test forms I'd created and am starting again.
FYI, TWICE now I have deleted forms, then clicked Undo to see what would happen. Nothing. No forms re-appeared.
Your site looks promising, nonetheless.
We'll see.

Hi Paul,
When I first saved the form, I was asked what address I wanted the submissions to go to, and I entered "events@swanngalleries.com".
From what I understand on this, you were referring to the Recipient E-mail in the form Notification Email
I already pointed that out on this user guide:
https://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications
Change the email address here
You do NOT need to delete the form... just edit the Notification Email.
Please inform us if you are still not able to resolve this.
Thanks.

pblankReplied on December 1, 2014 at 9:11 PMSorry, yes I got it, but before I had created an account, when saving a form, I was asked for an email address. Then I created the account, with a new address, but somehow the filled-in form got emailed to the original address. I think I now understand why.
So it's now OK.
I really do like jotform; so many features, there's a learning curve, but I have a feeling I'll sign up with jotform for my client to use.
Thanks for your response!
