Hi,That's the issue, I don't see incomplete submissions!

Upon checking your form here, I can see that pending payment email is set to NO on your payment field under properties. This means that nothing will be sent when the payment gets pending or incomplete. Setting it to "Notifications Only" will fire up your form notification for every incomplete submissions.
Please take note that the emails for incomplete payments are sent every 30 minutes. A submission is considered an incomplete payment is at least 30 minutes old. This is to give allowance for the IPN to come through to our servers if the payment was completed on Paypal's side - there are times when IPN delivery is delayed.
