There is a preview error on the forms and can't insert on a website correctly

Also I'm having trouble when inserting the form on a website source code, then I tried to put the form on the left using css and the text box gets messed up.

If I understood correctly you have 2 issues?

The preview form on the website is not showing correctly.

Can you please tell us to which preview are you referring to - the ones in the Form Designer, or the one in the Form Builder?

If you are not going to make some additions to the code, I would suggest using the iframe embed method instead of using the jotforms full source, since with full source your jotform gets susceptible to the styles that you already have on your website.

If you do want us to help you resolve the issue on your website we would however require you to give us a link to the page that has the jotform embedded on it to take a look what is the issue.
