Solve 360 Intergration: Mapping another email field

We have Solve CRM integrated with JotForm.  In the form that we created, there are 3 email addresses that we need to capture. However, when I started mapping the integration, only 2 email addresses (from the form) is showing up.  How can I map the 3rd one?

    Hi,

Thank you for contacting JotForm Support. As I understand, your issue is that you cannot add or map another email field in Solve CRM Integration right?

On your form I found 3 email fields.

    -Lawyer's Email (required)

    -Case Handler's Email

    -Plaintiff's Email (required, validation)

I found out that only plaintiff's email is using the validation. Which one of them you cannot map? Can you please try put validation on all of them?

By default, it will match the name, email and phone fields. Please try "Add New Option" and check if you can add another email field.

Hope this helps. Let us know if the issue is still the same.

    Thank you.

    Hi Jan,

Thank you for your response.  I don't think it has something to do with the validation.  I even removed the validation from Plaintiff's Email field and make sure that it has the same settings with Lawyer and Case Handler's email.

The problem is, when I map it, Plaintiff's Email is not showing up in the list:

    Hi,

I would suggest checking the list in Solve360 to see if the email field is correctly added. It should be of the same type as the other 2 are. If it is there and you do not have anything connected to this list (it is a new list) I would recommend removing the field and then recreating it (in Solve 360).

Once that is done, I would clear jotform's cache just in case and try to reintegrate then. If the issue persists do let us know.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
