My converted selector widget is not appearing on my form

    I have used the converted selector widget several times without any problems.  However, today I began to create a form using several converted selector widgets and none of them are showing. I have tried several different browsers and seem to have the same problem.  Here is a link to my form http://form.jotformpro.com/form/43402965692966 . Thanks for any help you can give!

    Hi,

    I checked your jotform http://form.jotformpro.com/form/43402965692966 but I could reproduced the reported issue at this time. I can see the Radio option list widget on the form using different browser.

    Can you please try first also refreshing your browser used and retry again. See if clearing the browser's cache fixes the issue already.
