How to go to another page based on the selection of form fields?

Asked by allsaintsfrontline on December 07, 2014 at 05:21 PM

Please see the image I attached. This is an image of google forms that allows you to do actions based on which radial button the user chooses. For instance, if they choose the first option then they stay on the current page. If they choose the second option then it takes them to another page where they can fill out more information before they submit their form. Is this an option with JotForm? This is a make-break for me as I need to provide an option for my parents to be able to fill out forms in they currently haven't submitted forms.

    Hello allsaintsfrontline,

Yes it is possible to achieve this in your JotForm too. You can add "Page Break" in your form to create a multi-page form and then add "conditions" to skip to any page based on the selection of form field. Please check the screenshot below on how to add condition to go to any specific page of your multi-page form:

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
