Facing technical problems with Jotform is the inability to save form changes. I came to know that this can be caused by a variety of issues, including server outages, browser compatibility issues, and coding errors. It can also be caused by issues with the form's structure, such as incorrect field types, incorrect field order, or incorrect form logic.
I check each and everything and each and everything if fine. So what's the reason behind this issue?

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having issues submitting a form using a mobile device. Rest assured, I am here to help. Can you send me the link to your form so I can take a look at it for you?
In the meantime you can clear caches on your account to help remove minor bugs or glitches and refreshes the status of your form. Let me walk you thru on how to do it.
- Hover on your avatar
- Click Settings
- Scroll down to Form Caches
- Click Clear Cache
- An alert message will appear saying “All caches are cleared”. Click the OK button, and you are done!
If you are still unable to submit the form on the mobile device then please log out of your Jotform Account, then clear your browsers cache and cookies, please check the links below for reference. Once you are done, close your current browser session and re-login to your account on a fresh browser session, then check out if you are able to edit the welcome page this time.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
