We have a form at <http://form.jotformpro.com/form/43284354235959> that isn't correctly calculating an amount owed. We have a "total" field and a field with the amount to be paid by credit card, and neither is auto-populating with the calculation result. If you click a number of patches, or key in "other," neither option works for us. We correctly linked the calculate feature, we think, but nothing is happening in the auto boxes. Please help!

There are a couple of issues here. Firstly, the calculation is being applied to the Number of Items or Pounds Collected field instead of the Number of Patches Needed ... one:
That's why when a number is entered in the former, it appears in the Total owed for patches ... and Payment and Billing Information fields. To correct this, click the wizard icon on the Total owed for patches field
and in the work area do the following:1.
2.
This will cause the calculation fields to be populated with whatever is selected in the "Number of Patches Needed ..." field. However, if a user selects "Other" and enters a custom amount, the population won't work. To fix that, go into the properties of the "Number of Patches Needed ..." field and remove the word "Other" from its Calculation Values:
Save the jotform when done. Please let us know if you need further help with this.
Thanks
