Beta Form Theme designer has changed my jotform. How can I remove the made changes?

    How do i reset it back to the regular themes with no input from the BETA designer? Its My md27 purchase order form as viewed on a mobile device. It looked fine before

    Hi,

    I am sorry to hear that. When I checked it it looks OK on the mobile devices. However since you want to remove the changes I would suggest using the form revisions tool to do that.

    You can do that by following this guide: How to View Form Revision History
