Form Not Handling Submissions After Upgrade

    Hi Graig,

    I presume that this is related to the update issue that you had reported. Since your account went over the limit it did not accept new submissions.

    Once I had fixed your subscription issue the account was enabled and properly upgraded.

    Do let us know however if you still have some issues.
