Form disappeared from my website

thank god its back, but why did it desapeare in the first place, did ur serve go down or something?

I am tryng to use the Jotform as a professional service, but until this moment, I had some problems.

For 3 times my form disappeared from http://www.jotformz.com/form/43285602062651... My boss want contract the jotform as a service, but I am saying NOT until clarify this case. Could you please inform, about this problem? I make loggin at jotform, and I can´t update the form because the info is disappeared.
