I am tryng to use the Jotform as a professional service, but until this moment, I had some problems.
For 3 times my form disappeared from http://www.jotformz.com/form/43285602062651... My boss want contract the jotform as a service, but I am saying NOT until clarify this case. Could you please inform, about this problem? I make loggin at jotform, and I can´t update the form because the info is disappeared.

There is 100% uptime over the past 24 hours according to our http logs. If you notice the issue again, please let us know. We will be happy to investigate this further.
The issue should be fixed, your form has been moved to the correct account per this thread.
