Form submissions page is not loading

I have been trying to view my submission screen but it will not open.  I have restarted my computer, logged in and sent test submissions but the submission screen is not loading.

I was not able to reproduce the issue on your account. In case you use Internet Explorer 7, it might not work since this is really outdated browser. Please try to check the form submissions page in some modern browser. We recommend using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and Internet Explorer 11.
