Is the survey submission date captured on a survey? I need to know where to find this information.

I need the date a person submitted a survey. So when I go to the survey form and click on submissions, I want to know when that person sent the submission. I normally get an e-mail notice of a submission but will be too time consuming to go through each for the date.

You can check the date submitted on your submissions list, please check this screenshot.

Or put a {DATE} on your Email Template, please check this link below.

And you can also achieve this by putting a {DATE} on the title of submission like this screenshot.
