Form Formatting Incorrectly on iPhone

    Hi,

     

    I have a contact form that simply won't format correctly on iphones. On an iphone simulator it's fine but not on an actual iphone/

    Hi,

    Upon checking your phone and the account, I see that the form is not set to responsive. This will automatically make your form adjust it's layout depending on the device where it is being displayed.

    1. Navigate to "Form Styles"->Form Designer

    2. Navigate to Design->Form Layout->Enable "Make this Form Responsive"
