Needing help with attaching approvals to my conditional branches

I may have this set up incorrectly... will you please help?

Workflow is called: UAP WE-OWE APPROVAL WORKFLOW

Based on the manager selected between Randy or Jason - they each need to be able to approve or deny what is being sent to them.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having difficulties with your approval flow. I cloned your flow and I noticed that you're using an incorrect element after the conditional branch has been applied. Let me show you how to fix it:

• In Approval flow, delete the Outcome that leads to the Approval Element.
• Then, manually drag the line from the Conditional branch to the Approval element.

This will let you select the outcome of the conditional branch that will trigger the next element.

In addition, you don't need to create multiple Conditional branches. Simply add the condition, and manually drag and drop the line to the approval element.
