    I'm not sure if I understood your concern correctly. Are you referring to your expired license date or an expired date of a card?

    Upon checking your account, there is a notice that BlueSnap/Plimus got failed attempts to charge you via your credit card, and unable to renew the subscription plan that you have to us. The reason is that the expiration date of your credit card is incorrect. 

    You can update the details of your credit card by navigating by:


    Under Billing section, you should be able to update and edit your payment method.
