Change the email address on which the submission emails are received.

I am using the Subscribe form so there is only an email address and Submit button in the form. I have tried unsuccessfully to change the email address of the person to be notified when someone submits the form. It always seems to go to my account email address.

    Please advise

    Hello djwoodbury,

If I understand your question correctly, you want to change the email address which is used to receive the submission emails form your form. Is that correct?

You should actually change the "Recipient Email" address of your form's notification email alert. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications

I did check your last edited form's notification email alert and found that you have two email alerts:

Submission email should be sent to "dennis.woodbury@optum.com"

Auto-responder email is set to send the submission email to the person who submitted your form.

Can you please explain which one of them is not sending the submission emails correctly? To which email are you receiving the submission emails?

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!
