Not receiving my booking emails

Hi I have emailed earlier today and did not realise I had also posted it to the forum, I got the below answer but the link only takes me to my forms page doesn't help solve my problem. 

As of the 16th December I have not been receiving my email bookings from my book now page, before this I did and I have not changed any thing so unsure what has happened ? I only found out I wasn't getting the emails as clients have started to call me asking about bookings I know nothing about. 

Can you please help me with this problem.
