I need to change the user name on my account "shanahan3000" (I'm creating it for a group & I mistakenly used my name). If I can't do that, then I need to delete the account so that I can reuse the email address.

The username I want to change is "shanahan3000". Please change it to "iro-group". Or, if dashes are not allowed, change it to "irogroup".

As per your request, I have changed your username from shanahan3000 to iro-group. Please do take noted that all forms that used custom URL (ie: http://www.jotform.com/charlie/myform ) will not work anymore once we change an account username. You will need to update the custom URL then.
Please do log out and log back in to see the changes. I hope this helps. Let us know if you need more assistance on this.
