The JotForm which got place in MY FORMS DOES NOT WORK

    I have a question, but when I opened and tried to use the form it would not accept any input

    Hi,

    Were you trying to use the jotform while in edit mode in the Form Builder?

    You need to use the URL of the form to use them. (you can do it in Preview mode)

    I just test your jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/43530699551158

    and it works just fine.
