    I am not receiving an email to reset password.

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. The email arpitera@comcast.net is used on a Guest account. it seems that you have not completed the sign up process yet. Please make sure to complete the sign up process. If you're trying to login to another account may we have the email address please?
