Image Picker Widget: Is there a way to enlarge images on hover?

Is there a way to inject CSS into this form in the area that says "Choose a pathtag border" so that when someone hover's over the image it magnifies??

It's not possible to inject CSS on the values on the image magnifier since the widget generates an iframe content for its values.  But I believe that the what you're trying to do is one good addition, I've made a request for the possibility to add this feature on the widget.  However, I cannot guarantee that this can be implemented anytime soon.  But as soon as we have updates on this, we'll inform you right away.
