How to fix authentication code for login?

I am trying to login to Jotform but the verification code being sent is taking too long. It is taking over 10 minutes to get a code and ten it doesn't work. How can this be fixed

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. If I understood what you’re asking, do you want to fix the duration of authentication code that sends to your email address for login? I've checked your account associated with this email address msuarez@decoprod.com but I found it as a guest account. Can you please send us your account email address or username so we can take a look into it for you.

In order to ensure that your account stays secure, please reset your password today and do not share your login credentials with others.
