Incomplete submission data.

Hello, I am trying to get all of my submissions off from 3 sales forms I did. On each form I am able to see all of the submissions but the last 1/3 of them don't have the purchase information only the buyers info. So I am unable to see the products purchased or prices and I know there were purchases made.

Account is under whitney@adorndesignstulsa.com. Please advise.

Hi Whitney,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. I checked your account and can see 4 order forms. One of them don't have any submissions yet. Can you send me the link to your form in question so I can take a look at it for you? This guide will show you how to get your Form URL. It's easy to do. Let me walk you through it:
1. In the Form Builder, click the Publish button.
2. Under the Quick Share tab, click the Copy Link button to copy your form URL.
