    Over quota but we aren't?

    I am on the free jot form account and it states that we can get 100 submissions a month for this. However we have had only 32 and now have had an email saying that we are over the quota so we will get cancelled!!!?? Im not sure what we have done wrong? also it says we can only have 10 ssl submissions but i don't know what that is!! is this what we are over our quota on? if so what can we do to change this?

    Hi,

    I checked your jotform account/userame tigertemple 

    and noted that is now currently at Overlimit Status due to exceeding the 10 SSL submissions allowe per month. If you check your account profile, you will see that you already have 14 SSL submissions.

    Just to be clear, the total 100 submissions for FREE subscribes is already inclusive of 10 SSL, and 10 Payment submissions.

    Since you seems to be not aware of this yet, I have manually reset your current SSL submissions count back to zero(0) again.

    Please take note that we only do this once per account. So, you will not get the same reset anymore next tine should you exceed limits in your FREE subscription. You will need to opt for the paid subscription then.

    I do not understand what SSL submissions are? how are these different to other submissions?
