On a Premium Account, Can the Image Upload be more than 1024 KB

    We would like to use a form for image uploading (entries for an art exhibition) and need to be able to accept images greater than 1024 KB (more in the range of 1.5 - 7 MB an image). Is this possible on paid accounts?
