Missing submissions and not receiving notification emails

    Some people are showing on the submissions but not all, but when I complete the form myself I get a notification immedatiley.

    Hi Danielle,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Could you please confirm with your users if they are seeing the Thank You Page upon form submission? I also made a test submission on a cloned app and received the notification email right away. Also, could you please confirm if the submissions are showing on your tables but not on the mobile app inbox?

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    I have the issue resolved bc it requires them to sign up,

    but when they try to log in with google, it says theirs an error. Try again later.
