How can we reset password?

    We click the forgot password but we cannot receive the instructions sent to our email. Can you please assist?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We’re sorry if you’re having trouble resetting your account password.

    I checked the status of the email address that you used to open this ticket but I am getting the result that this is a Guest account. Guest accounts are temporary accounts with one-time login only. You won't be getting a reset password sent to your email account. I would recommend signing up using the same email via this link.

    If you are referring to another Jotfotm account, please provide the email address and we will check the status to see why you are having difficulties logging into the account.
