My actual question is...
How can I create a form, where I need to input part of it, then send to the client to input the rest?
To confirm, you would like for your form to be partially filled out by you and then sent to your user to put in the rest of the information?
If that is the case, you can fill out the form with your information and then submit the form. You can then create an edit link and have then sent to your client. Using the edit link will allow the user to be able to edit any information that is on the form, including the information that you entered.
Another method that you can use, if this is standard information and will be the same for each client, you can place the information in the field and make the field read-only and provide your client with the link to the form.
To make the field read-only, you would select the field and select the gear icon and select "Show Properties"
You would fill the field by editing the default value, you would then change the read only option to "Yes"
I hope this helps, please inform us if you need further assistance.
