Can you offer a fix for a submission click that results in blank pages? Not even a rediret to other url

    I've cloned your JotForm to my account and I was able to replicate the issue with blank page when submitted the JotForm. However, I see that there were some conditions active on your JotForm with deleted fields which could be causing this issue. I've disabled all these conditions along with a duplicated conditions, that made me to submit the form successfully.

    Please disable these conditions or delete unncessary from your JotForm that can help you in submitting the JotForm without any issues.
