Form not working anymore - Please wait message

    When I fill out the form and press send, the text in the send button change to "please wait" and nothing more happens.

    This form has worked before. Last submission was in December.

    Hi,

    I see that there is a spacer widget on your jotform.

    Please remove it and add a new one instead and the jotform should start working for you.

    Our developers have reconstructed it completely so that it is much more user friendly while it is also easier to use in different situations.

    Please test it once you add it and let us know if that resolves your issue.
