I've noticed that other users have reported that they only receive a PDF in their dropbox folder upon submission. I should be receiving some jpg files (in addition to the PDF) info the my dropbox but this is not happening.Here
Here is another using having the issue - please advise how to rectify this

I just did a test to make sure that submission attachments were indeed going through along with the PDF. Both the PDF and attachments came through each time instantly:
There is occasionally some lag between when the form is submitted and the attachment is uploaded, but depending on the size, this should not take very long.
If the size of the file exceeds the uploads limit for 300mb from DropBox, the file will not be included.
My best recommendation would be to remove the current integration and set it up once again.
If after that you are still not receiving your attachments, let us know a bit more about the process you are using to upload your documents. The integration does appear to be working properly on our end.
