My Forms are now missing

I have had an account for a couple years and it was recently downgraded as I never have exceeded the "FREE" limits. But I did have 3 or 4 Forms.   2 of those forms and history were for one of my clients and now all forms and history are gone.  Please advise.

I checked your account and I do see 4 forms.  These are the forms:

A couple of these have several submissions.

I did a bit of digging to see if I could find any other forms but I could not find anything.  You do have a "Guest" account associated with your IP address.  But that was created very recently and does not have any forms.

If the forms listed above are not what you are looking for, let us know and we will be happy to see what else we can find.  Those forms should be readily available in your account.  If they are not, let us know that also.
