My forms keep disappearing.

I have 2 new forms created today 06/01/15.  I also have an old one from 2014.  If I log in they appear but then when I go to edit one of them and then go back into my forms they completely dissappear.  Please help as I cannot edit anything without losing the information.

I cleared the forms' cache. I tested and your account seems to be working properly. Are you experiencing this situation in more than one browser? if not which browser/version are you using?

Also, when forms disappear, are you still logged in or is the system logging you out?

Thanks for the reply.  It was logging me out but I think it is because I was using it through my Magix web software widget which seems not to be up to date.  I am using it now direct through jotform and it is working. thanks
