Changes are not always saved on Multilingual forms

we are running into issues with "Edit Form Language", this is true especially with the 'text' and sometimes with 'text box' and 'text area'

the issue is that when i translate all of the text, save it and then latter go back into the "Edit Form Language" option, some of the text switches back to English and i have to go and translate again.

any explanations why and how to fix it?

In theory, the issue might be caused by form opened in different browsers or browser tabs, since there is an auto-save option on the form editor. We would like to recommend you to check the form revision history tool:

It comes with a restore option, so if there are correct versions of your forms, you can restore such forms.
