Is an email alert automatically sent to you when someone fills out the form?

Is an email alert automatically sent to you email on file when someone fills out the form? I have email at the top, but it doesn't say email alert?

Yes, by default, every time a new form is created an email notification is created that will send an email every time the form is submitted. You can see here more details on how to create/edit email notifications and auto-responders (copy of the form sent to user)
