when customers click submit email notification it does not sent.....

    When our customers click submit on our website it does not send a notification however jot submissions records them.

    1) under email I can send a test and it goes trough.

    Hi frankjolt,

    I do apologize for the issue that you are experiencing regarding your email notifications.

    I checked your email address it is not currently on the bounce list. I also checked your email logs and I am seeing where the submissions emails have been sent out to your email address.

    You check your email logs within your account: http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History 

    Please check your Junk/Spam folder to see if the emails have been routed there.
