    Hello jackn22,

With which form you are having this issue with?

I did check the form on which you have received the last submissions and did not find any issue with the email alert you have added. Your email address admin@printyourselfie.co.uk is not in our bounce list as well.

I also checked our email logs and found that submission emails were sent successfully. Please check the logs below:

    [2015-01-11 12:58:19] Submission #296808299146464338 Form #43132830053342 SENT to admin@printyourselfie.co.uk from noreply@jotform.com via AMAZONSES [2015-01-09 09:47:45] Submission #296624065430824205 Form #43132579626358 SENT to admin@printyourselfie.co.uk from noreply@jotform.com via AMAZONSES

Have you checked your spam folder already? Please check your spam folder to see if the emails ended up there. You may also like to speak to your email service provider and ask them to white list JotForm domain names. The list of domain names can be grabbed from the following guide:  http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

Please be noted that you can use you own email address to send submission emails as well by setting up a custom "Sender E-mail" option in your account. The following guides should help you:

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you!
