i need to mantain my subscription why you guy cancelled ! i change credit card information because the other one wasnt working ! and now my jot form is not working please helppp!!

I checked our logs and it appears as though our payment processor cancelled your subscription even though you had updated your credit card already. I was able to reactivate your subscription without issue and reapply it to your account. You should no longer have any issues with your subscription or your account.
